Aurora and Astrophotograhy

The first time I captured stars with my camera, I was hooked. It’s often freezing, but shared with good company, it becomes a little adventure.

I've been lucky enough photograph Aurora Australis here on the mid-north coast of NSW multiple times. Sometimes it’s just a soft glow on the horizon; other nights, those vivid reds and pinks put on a real show. No matter how strong or subtle, it’s always amazing to witness.
