1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Custom print orders may require additional time depending on size, finish, and mounting.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship via Australia Post or other reputable carriers.

  • Standard and express shipping options are available at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary by location:

    • NSW & metro areas: 2–5 business days

    • Regional & interstate: 5–10 business days

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination.

  • Free local pickup may be available for Port Macquarie clients by prior arrangement.

4. Packaging & Handling

  • All prints are packaged using materials to protect quality during transit.

5. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are delivered digitally via email.

  • Physical vouchers (if offered) are shipped within 3 business days of purchase.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • We will offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

  • For lost parcels, we will assist with carrier investigations and offer solutions in line with Australian Consumer Law.
