Refund Policy — Wild Talons Photography

Wild Talons Photography is committed to providing high-quality services and products. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for photography sessions, print orders, and tutoring services.

Pet Photography Sessions

  • Refunds are available for prepaid sessions if cancelled before the scheduled date.

  • No refunds are issued once a session has occurred.

  • Sessions can be re-scheduled at no extra charge.

Print Orders (Wildlife, Landscape, and Pet Portraits)

  • Due to the custom nature of print products, refunds are not available once production has begun.

  • If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

Photography Tutoring

  • Tutoring sessions may be rescheduled or refunded, however please try to give as much notice as possible. 

Consumer Guarantees

This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product or service has a major problem, such as:

  • Being unsafe

  • Significantly different from its description

  • Not delivered as agreed
