These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Wild Talons Photography website and your engagement with our services and products. By accessing our site or booking services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Offered

Wild Talons Photography provides:

  • Pet photography sessions (outdoor, studio, and in-home)

  • Wildlife and landscape prints for sale

  • Creative photography tutoring and workshops

  • Gift vouchers for eligible services and products

Session details, pricing, and inclusions are outlined on relevant pages and may vary by package.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is required to confirm bookings, product orders, or voucher purchases unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payment methods are listed at checkout or on your invoice.

  • By booking a session or purchasing a product, you agree to our Refund Policy.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Refunds are available for prepaid sessions if cancelled before the scheduled date, and sessions can be rescheduled at any time (see Refund Policy).

  • Custom print orders are non-refundable once production begins.

  • Tutoring sessions may be rescheduled, however please give as much notice as possible. 

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Expiry dates and usage terms are listed at time of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All photographs, prints, and educational materials are protected by copyright.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

  • Clients may receive usage rights for commissioned photography as outlined in their agreement.

5. Image Usage and Consent

  • We may request permission to use client images for promotional purposes (e.g. website, social media).

  • You may opt out by notifying us in writing before or after your session.

6. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to access restricted areas.

  • We are not responsible for third-party links or external content.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We take reasonable care in delivering services and products, but are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or product.

8. Privacy

  • We collect personal information to process bookings and deliver services. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with local regulations.
